Sayreville
Joan M. Vogel, age 80, of Sayreville, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 2, 2015 at her home with her loving and devoted family at her side. Born in Sayreville she was a lifelong borough resident. Mrs. Vogel was a communicant of Saint Stanislaus Kostka R. C. Church in Sayreville.
She is predeceased by her husband Thomas P. Vogel in 2013, and her parents Milton & Julia Kornacki. Surviving are her children and their spouses Kevin Vogel of Parlin, Debra & Dennis Luciano of Parlin, Thomas & Darlene Vogel of Monroe and Diane & Javier Garcia of Sayreville, her grandchildren David, Brian, Stephen, Jacqueline, Nicholas, Anthony, Nicole and Jessica and her brothers Ronald Kornacki of Sayreville and Richard Kornacki of Dagsboro, Delaware.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 8:30am from the Maliszewski Memorial Home 121 Main Street Sayreville followed by a 9am mass at Saint Stanislaus Kostka R. C. Church in Sayreville with burial to follow at Saint Stanislaus Cemetery.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Tuesday from 5pm to 9pm.
