Kathryn C Ackerman, age 72, of East Brunswick, passed away Friday July 22nd at St. Peters University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Hackensack she would later move to East Brunswick. She was a stockroom manager at JC Penny for 30 years and would later work at Toys R’ Us upon her retirement.

Kathryn is predeceased by her parents Melvin and Mary Ackerman. Surviving is her sister and brother in law Marilyn and Kenneth Rodgers, her nephew and his wife Keith & Eileen Szelewicki, her niece and her husband Kristine & Antoine Johnson. She is also survived by her loving great nieces, Emily Szelewicki, Nya Johnson, Angelina Johnson, and Ivy Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:15am at the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Ave South River NJ.
