Pasquale Zaccagnino, age 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge. Born in Venosa (Potenza), Italy Pasquale immigrated to Brazil in 1949, where he resided for 14 years then finally moving to United States in 1966. He served in the Italian Army during WWII. Pasquale worked as tool and dye maker at Fedders Corporation for 14 years and Domar Buckle Corp in Linden. After his retirement he enjoyed Italian crosswords, reading Italian newspapers, and watching soccer. He also enjoyed playing Italian cards and was an avid collector of German model trains.

He is predeceased by his beloved wife Celia in 2011 as well as his parents Teodoro and Angelina Zaccagnino. Surviving are his children Antony Zaccagnino of East Brunswick, Angelo and Lora Zaccagnino of Little Silver, and Eliana and Giancarlo Agnone of East Brunswick, as well as his grandchildren Angelo Agnone, Michelle Agnone, and Elissa Zaccagnino.

Funeral services will be held Friday 10:00am at Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Ave South River, NJ followed by a burial at Washington Monumental Cemetery in South River, NJ.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Thursday from 4pm to 8pm
