Obituary for Carolino Parracho
Carolino Parracho, age 75 of South River, passed away Thursday February 9, 2017 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Gafanha da Boa Hora, Portugal, he had lived in South River for many years. Before his retirement, Carolino worked for J & C Construction in Ocean Township. He was a communicant of Corpus Christi RC Church in South River and a member of the Portuguese Club in South River.
Surviving are his wife Ermelinda Fernandes Parracho, his children Antonio and his wife Dina, Maria, Paula, Augusto, Mark, 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and his siblings Lucinda Pauseiro, Rosa Cardanta, Celest Verissimo, and Joao Parracho.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 8:30am from the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Ave. South River with a 9am funeral mass at Corpus Christi RC Church in South River.
Burial will take place at Washington Monumental Cemetery in South River.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Tuesday from 5pm to 9pm.
