Condolence: I remember Nick from when I was a little girl . . . He was a tall, handsome young man with laughing blue eyes, a great sense of humor . . . Fond memories of my cousin Cookie (Ann) & Nick's beautiful wedding, and visits on holidays. I'm so thankful I got to see him again in 2009 . . . he still had the same sparkle in his eyes, the same endearing smile. A wonderful man.

Condolence: I modeled my life around you. I became an EMT because you started the local first aid squad and I advanced through everything because you were my inspiration and the model by which every person should live their lives through kindness, devotion, and sincerity. But it still hits hard to know that you will no longer be around to see me and my sister grow up even more, start our lives, and do everything that no matter what we did knowing you would be happy for us. It's still unreal to know that you are gone, but I will continue to use you as my rock, my inspiration, and model my life and influence others based on the type of lifestyle that you handed down to me and my sister. Rest easy grandpa, they took a good man too soon and I will miss you.
