Obituary for Theodore Polanski

Theodore Polanski, age 90 of South River passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 30th 2017 at his home. Born in Garwood he has resided in South River for over 50 years. Before his retirement he was employed as a Machinist for Syncro Machine Company in Perth Amboy for 30 years. Theodore was a US Army Veteran serving during WWII and a communicant of St. Mary of Ostrabrama RC Church in South River.

He is predeceased by his parents Adam and Emily Polanski, his brother George, his brother-in-law Merle Santor and his niece Joyce Santor. Surviving are his sisters Wanda Santor of New Hope, PA, Lucille Kokoska and her husband Martin of Spotswood and his nephews Michael and Stephen Kokoska.

Funeral services will be held 8:30am Friday from the Maliszewski Funeral Home, 218 Whitehead Ave., South River with a 9am Mass at St. Mary of Ostrabrama RC Church in South River. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Brunswick.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be Thursday from 5 -8pm.
