Spotswood
Richard J. Misiak, age 80, of Spotswood, passed away peacefully at his home on April 3, 2017 with his daughter and granddaughter by his side. Born in Bayonne, Richard had lived in Spotswood for many years. After graduating college, he enlisted in the Air Force and later worked as a Senior Project Manager with Merck in Rahway. Richard also owned Personal Touch Answering Service in Old Bridge for many years.

He is predeceased by his loving wife Lillian (Chalecki) Misiak, his parents Peter & Helen (Pruskiewwicz) Misiak, and his daughters Nancy Misiak & Joyce Misiak. Richard is survived by his beloved daughter and granddaughter Judy Shahinian & Jessica Shahinian, both of East Windsor.

Calling hours at the funeral home will take place Wednesday evening from 7pm to 9pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, NJ. A private cremation will follow.

A memorial mass will then occur at 9am on Monday, April 10 at Sacred Heart RC Church, South Amboy with entombment to follow at Holy Cross Burial Park in South Brunswick.
