My condolences to the DeMonico family during this difficult time. I was one of Frank's roommates during freshman year at Rutgers. Throughout our time at Rutgers, with the RU Band, and post-Rutgers, he always smiled. I will never forget his boundless energy and enthusiasm. A passionate, caring, and good human being. May he rest easy, with a smile on his face.

I was very fortunate to go to school and graduate high school with Frank in South River. Frank was a very kind person. He never had an unkind word about anyone. The thing I remember most about Frank is his smile. Passing in the halls he always smile for all and always said Hello with his kind beautiful smile. Rest In Peace Frank. Another kind angel has entered heaven to keep watch.
