Alice Marie Maher of the Madison Park section of Old Bridge, passed away Saturday June 24th, 2017 at the JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born in The Bronx New York, she later became a Special Ed Para-Professional for the Old Bridge Board of Education. She is a founding member of St. Bernadette’s Church and the Madison Park Little league.

She is predeceased by her parents Ferdinand and Grace Mackenrott and her sister Jeanne Zagorski. She is also predeceased by her loving husband of 40 years, John Joseph Maher. Surviving are her children Jackie, Dennis and his wife Cindy, Tom, Bob and his wife Ronnie, Peter and his wife Jean, William M.D. and his wife Audrey, and Mary Alice. Also surviving are her grandchildren Greg and his wife Asia, Allison and her husband Mike, Kristen, Brian, Matt, Maggie, Kelsey, Ian, Jaclyn, Will, Gabrielle, and her great grand children Julia, Mary, Luke and Giuliana

Funeral services will be Thursday 9am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with a 9:30am Mass at St Bernadette’s RC Church. Followed by a burial at Holy Cross Burial park.
