Felicia Osmanski (Modzelewski), age 77, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. Born in South River, Felicia lived most of her life in Sayreville, having raised her family there. Before her retirement, Mrs. Osmanski worked as a clerk with the Department of Social Security in East Brunswick. She was also a proud communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church for many years.
Felicia is predeceased by her beloved husband Edward in 2008, her son Matthew, her sisters Dolores Tomaszewski and Christine Iko, and her sister-in-law Dorothy Giacalone. She is survived by her son Edward M. of Sayreville, her sister Lorraine Porrovecchio of Seaside Park, her sister Joyce and husband Craig Peine of South River; cousin Anthony Modzelewski of Millstone; 2 nephews Robert Tomaszewski and Jason Peine; and niece Joanne Iko.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday with a 9am Mass at St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church on MacArthur Avenue, Sayreville with burial to follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery. All services are under the direction of the Maliszewski Memorial Home, 121 Main Street, Sayreville.
