Obituary for Raymond G Moran

Raymond G. Moran of Parlin, NJ died Monday February 26, 2018 at Care One in East Brunswick. Raymond worked for AmTrak in management for over 40 years. Raymond was a proud WWII Navy Veteran who served on the U.S.S. Bunker Hill. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Post 2061. Raymond was a beautiful artist, who won many awards at the Middlesex County Fairs. He was so very proud of his Irish heritage; he walked in all the St. Patrick Day Parades in the area. Raymond was also a member of the Sayreville Seniors Club and the St. Bernadette’s Club. Raymond’s love for his family was undeniable, especially his grandsons as he was always seen going to all of their athletic events and functions. Raymond was a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend and so much more; he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Raymond is predeceased by his parents James & Delia Moran. Surviving are his beloved wife Gloria as well as his adored sons Daniel Moran, Kevin & his wife Reiko Moran and his dearly loved grandsons Ryan, Brett, and Justin Moran.

Funeral services will be Monday 9am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral home with a 9:30am mass at St. Bernadette’s R.C. Church with a burial to follow at New Calvary Cemetery; Parlin, NJ.
