Condolence: I just heard today that Richie left this world last October. I was a co-worker at DuPont and will always remember him fondly. He was such a kind and gentle man. Always helpful. Always happy. Always doing his very best. I thought of him often during his battle with cancer, and the few times I spoke with him during the fight, he was brave and optimistic, still thinking of others and asking about others... so unselfish and loving. Please accept my condolences and know that you and Richie will be in my prayers.

Condolence: Richard was such a beautiful person, I am so glad that I had the opportunity to meet him and his ever loving family. The love displayed from the entire Olender Family was remarkable and Richards strength was inspiring.
