Gerard “Jerry” Toth age 59 of the Laurence Harbor section of Old Bridge passed away Saturday November 1, 2014 at his home. Born in New Brunswick he had resided in Sayreville before moving to Laurence Harbor 33 years ago. Before his retirement in 2010 he was employed as a maintenance mechanic for Amboy Aggregate in South Amboy for over 20 years.

He is predeceased by his father Stephen Toth. Surviving are his wife of 35 years Darlene Griggs Toth, his children and their spouses Shannon & Thomas Herrel, Betsey Lapham, Jerry Toth and Cody & Joy Toth, his grandchildren Dakota Storm, Alexis, Casey, Thomas, Justin and Ashley, his mother Ceil Dusko Toth, and his siblings and their spouses Stephen & Grace Toth and Maryann Wagner.

Prayer services will be held Wednesday 6pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin with Pastor Raymond Burnette officiating, private cremation will follow.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm. In lieu of flowers donations in Jerry’s memory may be made to the family.
