Carol L. Walsh age 72 of East Brunswick passed away peacefully on Thursday January 22nd 2015 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, with her loving family at her side. Born in Jersey City she has resided in East Brunswick since 1986. Before her retirement 10 years ago she was employed by the East Brunswick Board of Education as a food handler at the High School for 5 years and prior to that for Holiday Inn in Jamesburg as a banquet server for 20 years. Mrs. Walsh was a communicant of Saint Thomas R. C. Church in Old Bridge.

She is predeceased by her husband Thomas Walsh, her daughters Janlynn Earp and Samantha Earp her parents Lawrence & Dorothy Leonard and 5 of her siblings. Surviving are her children and their spouses Carol & James Shock of Pittston, Pa., Scott & Elizabeth Earp of Monroe Township, Sandra Dedeaux of Diberville, Mississippi, John & Jennifer Earp of Forked River and Katie Walsh and her husband Jay Krzemien Jr. of Sayreville, 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 7 siblings.

Funeral services will be held Monday 9:30am from the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Avenue South River followed by a 10:15am mass at Saint Thomas R. C. Church in Old Bridge with private cremation and burial to follow.
