Obituary for Myrna M Woznica (Toreky)
Seaside Park
Myrna M. Toreky Woznica, age 72 formerly of South River, passed away Friday September 11, 2015 at her home in Seaside Park, with her loving husband by her side. Born in New Brunswick, and raised in South River, she had moved to Seaside Park in 2000. Myrna was a member of the Class of 1960 SRHS Class Reunion Committee and a graduate of Katherine Gibbs Secretarial Academy in New York City. Before her retirement, she worked over 25 years at Bristol Myers Squibb Package Development Department. She belonged to BMS Activity and the 25 year club. Myrna was a member of Ss Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church in South River. She loved to travel and loved the Jersey Shore.
She is predeceased by her parents Geza & Stacia Toreky and her brother Robert.
Surviving are her husband of 49 years, John, her brother in law Ronald, her dog Buster and many cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be Monday 11:30am from the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Ave South River with a 12 noon service at Ss Peter & Paul RO Church. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in South Brunswick.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Sunday from 3pm to 7pm.
Panahida services will take place on Sunday at 3:30pm.
