My dear Cioci Wanda was an amazing and caring person. She was my Godmother and so much more. I’m saddened by her passing but comforted by my belief she is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She lived a full life and lovingly cared for her family and loved ones. That she passed away during the Christmas season brings a warm smile of my childhood memories of visits to her home during Christmases long ago. A beautifully decorated home, bubble lights on the Christmas tree, and cookies. Memories of seeing the huge model train layout in the basement managed by her husband, my uncle John, overwhelmed me with joy during those formative years of my youth. God provided her with strength in raising her family and she continued to fully rely on Him well into her later years. May she find rest and comfort in the Grace of her God. My last memories of her are from a few years ago. While at her home, I noticed she had a bible and notepad on a table near her chair. Devout in her faith, she faithfully studied God’s Word to learn more of the God who loves her. May she rest in comfort with Him. “Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die” John 11:25

Dear Mom, May Our Lord Bless you and shine the light of the world on you. From the moment Dad died I am sure you looked forward to telling him all the things we did. I hope that I was able to keep the promise I made to him. Love, Your Son Jack
