Sayreville
Karen A. Monteiro, age 39 of Sayreville passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 14th 2017 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born in Honduras she has resided in Somerset and Sayreville for many years. She was formerly employed at Select Personnel in Piscataway as a Staff Manager for over 15 years.
She is predeceased by her father Gricelio Romero. Surviving are her husband of 15 years, Wilson Monteiro, Jr., her daughter Brianna and her mother and step-father Maria and Edwin Ruperto.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Sunday from 2pm to 6pm.
Funeral services will be held Monday 12:30pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin. Burial will follow at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.
