The photo of Jeffrey is exactly how I remember him, always had a smile and a joke. We'd wave at each other as we would pass each other either from work or going to work. I remember sitting on Buck's front step during the warm days just shooting the breeze with Jeffrey & Buck and sometimes Eva too. I have to say that Northside has some awesome & memorable neighbors. Jeffrey will be missed. Hugs to the Loyer family
