greatest putter

Tom was a great friend and the perfect golf companion. we rode together in the same golf cart at concordia for years.

He was always quick with a "corny joke" like: It's taking these guys so long to play my clothes went out and came back into style. His sense of humor kept everyone in a good mood.

So was he a great putter? Oh yes. Didnt matter to Tom, if he could use that putter he would.

We all called it "little Chimmy", he had cut down a putter named billy baroo (caddy shack fame) where  he had to crouch so low to the ground to use it. you  would just  have to smile at the stance.

10, 20, 30 yards from the green, out of sand traps it didnt matter that "litle chimmy" was magical.

It got Tom  his knick name "the greatest putter that ever lived"  We would say this out loud everytime he made one of his amazing off the green/out of the sand trap putts which was quite often by the way.

I'll miss you Tom , every time an unexpected trick shot is played I'll  remember you. Oh by the way  every once in while send some of that putting magic down.
