The Legacy of my Grandfather Pasquale Zaccagnino June 5, 1925 to September 3, 2016

My Grandfather Pasquale Zaccagnino was the best person I have ever known in my entire lifetime. He was born on June 5, 1925 in Venosa, Italy. He took Communion on April 17, 1932. In 1949, he immigrated to Brazil. My Grandfather Pasquale and my Grandmother Aracelis got married on January 26, 1952. When he first moved to America on February 4, 1966, he bought a house on Mageira Street in South River. Two years later, on June 21, 1968, he bought a house on Kamm Avenue in South River. Grandfather Pasquale Zaccagnino worked at Fedders for 14 years. Then he worked at Domar Buckle in Linden. He retired in 1991, the year when my Great-Grandfather Teodoro Zaccagnino passed away. For the most part, he would do Italian crossword puzzles in his spare time. Moreover, he loved German trains!! On January 27, 2002, my Grandfather Pasquale and my Grandmother Celia celebrated their 50th Anniversary!!! On September 23, 2012, after my Grandmother passed away, Grandfather Pasquale Zaccagnino moved to East Brunswick, New Jersey. On June 7, 2015, he celebrated his 90th Birthday. February 4, 2016 was my Grandfather's 50th Anniversary of Immigration to America. I often looked forward to seeing him. He was at peace later in life. We have been through so much in our lives. You are going to be missed profoundly, Grandfather Pasquale Zaccagnino. You were a big blessing to all of us. May you be with the angels forever. Amen!
