Message: Our first photo together is an awesome one... you in a hospital bed wrapped up like a mummy (because you had just fallen 30 plus feet off the roof of a building you were working on) and me, your first baby girl, a day or maybe a few hours old, lying on your chest. I thank God every day that you fought to survive, what most men would never make it out of. But by the Grace of God you not only survived that fall, stayed around to meet me and became my Superman. From teaching us to dance by standing atop your feet to teaching us how to change a car tire, you are, and always will be my first Valentine and the man who will always hold that special place deep within my heart and soul. Thank you for being the most wonderful, loving and dedicated husband to mom... you two weathered more storms than imagineable. I love you and will see you again someday. Until that time, I will miss you with every breath I take. I hope you gave my beautiful boy Spencer a kiss for me.
